RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES REGARDING POTENTIAL CLAIMS AGAINST FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Mr. Silverman’s administration of the Agape estate, including the investigation and evaluation of all potential claims, is ongoing. We continue to monitor the claims being pursued by Mr. Picard in his administration of the Madoff case. Although the Madoff and Agape cases are both Ponzi scheme cases, they are factually and legally very different. Therefore, the basis for legal claims in the two cases will differ. Mr. Silverman will continue to administer the Agape estate with the collective interests of the Agape creditor body in mind.
